Dark cigar shaped appxm 150 ft long.
Was out in the backyard with the dog looking at the stars in the NE sky. I turned around to face the West to look at a plane trying to make out who the airliner was, Horizon flies out of local Santa Rosa Airport. 15 seconds after the plane was out of sight I notice a dark, unlit cigar shape object moving from the south to north very quickly and silently at appxm 1000 ft alt. over Anadel State Park. I was able to grab a pair binoculars and was able to get a good look at the object but for only about 20 seconds. The object seemed to have a deliberate consistent pace. The object seemed to fly low considering there is Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento and Santa Rosa Airports all within 65 miles from the reported site and there is a lot of air traffic at higher altitudes in my area. The object was dark, no lights shining from the craft, At 8 pm it is just turning dark and I was able to make out the outline of a cigar shaped. It was reasonable thin, no more than 7 feet tall, rounded as opposed to sharp angles and appeared long, about 125 to 150 ft in length. For a moment I thought I was seeing things. 3 minutes after the craft passed by I noticed two helicopters flying around in the area. One to the west of me and another flying overhead heading south. Would be curious if anyone else saw this as well.
