Ufo sighting upclose MartinsvilleIN
The sighting was in Martinsville,IN. The area we were in was country back road very close to St. Road 252. surrounded by fields and trees. The approximate time of the sighting was October 27th ,2012 6:03 A.M
My friend and I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. The stars were very bright that morning and the sky was very clear. We had been looking up at the sky adoring how beautiful the stars looked. We noticed something in the sky very far away and was trying to decided if it was a plane or a star. We soon realized that was a plane. Mins later we had changed directions we were looking in. There was a pine tree at the end of the drive way appoximatly 100 feet from where we were standing. In between the branches I seen lights they were red and white. At this time I couldnt quite tell what this was. Within a matter of seconds my friend who had looked over about the same time. We both seen this object literally arise from what looked like behind the pine tree ( maybe in the wooded area behind the tree but no less than 200 feet from us) It started to rise into the air. Slowly this object showed its self. There was no noise what so ever. It had been a bit windy the morning but it was if all wind and everything had stopped there was no sound, no Brussels of the trees absolute silence.It rised to about 50 feet above the pine tree ( the pine tree being a good 100 feet tall) It hovered in the air for about a min moving slow. We could tell details of this object. It was round almost like a plate. There was four to five lights on the bottom almost looking like headlights. We seen no colors it was all bright white lights except for a very faint red in the lights. The lights did not blink. It was very clear that this was not a plane or a helicopter or any kind of sort of flying device that we have here that is known. After seeing the object hover for a good minute it slowly started to veer towards us but turned away and was heading towards the left of us and was veering down as if it was going to land but it disappeared into the tree line and we could no longer see it. We were in shock. We had seen things but couldnt identify them. We had not see something this close to us. We were very very scared. Did not know what to make of this. I hope that we werent the only ones who seen this.
