My family and I were sitting in the back yard and noticed a very bright object looking south over the EDH business park. A bright light hovered then moved right and left at a high rate of speed. Then light went out and came back on about 30 seconds later. Object continued to make very high speed manuvers then dissappereared moving in a southernly direction. We were playing in a softball game tonight at around 6:00 PM. I just happened to look up and saw a shiny circular to square object slightly overhead at a high elevation just hovering. There was no movement it just hovered real high in the sky. I told some other players to look up. They saw it as well. One of the guys said probably just a weather balloon. Then we looked up and it was gone. If it was not a weather balloon then I could not describe it because it definatley was not an airplane or satellite. I was sitting on my second floor balcony in a lawn chair with my cat at my feet. Sudden this vibrant LED green glowing thing in the sky caught my eyes. Thought it was a plane because of the bright green light. There are plenty of planes that fly in a landing formation a good five miles north of here to land at Sky Harbour Airport in Phoenix. Then I realized this was not a plane and it was coming at me. As it came down from the sky and leveled out thought it was going to hit the tree between it and me.
